Naturanda · Central Seville
A coach from central Seville to the Caminito del Rey, a guided hike of nearly three hours, lunch near the gorge and a half-hour stop in Osuna on the way home. Pick it if you're based in Seville and don't want to drive two and a half hours each way.

Seville is a long way from the gorge, and the listing doesn't hide it: about 2.5 hours on the coach each way, for a day of about ten hours. In exchange, you get the whole thing handled. The coach picks up at Calle Rastro 12A, Calle Trajano 6 or Calle Zaragoza 1, stops for 45 minutes at El Kiosko near the north access, and then you walk about 45 minutes to the start of the trail.
The guided hike lasts about 2 hours 45 minutes. Afterwards there is a 30-minute lunch break at a local bar with free time, a 45-minute ride, and a 30-minute stop in Osuna before the last stretch of about 1.5 hours back to Seville. Shared and private options are both on offer. Guides speak English, French, Italian and Spanish, but the listing says languages other than English need at least four speakers.
Two caveats. You spend more time on the coach than on the boardwalk. And from June to September the gorge can be hot by midday, though one guest says the guides made sure the heat was not an issue. If you have a car, the drive and the plain entry ticket give you more freedom. If you're moving on to Málaga anyway, book the day trip from the coast from there instead.
